Not your typical Mormon Mamma! Last spring I had the greatest time play on Utah's very first Women's semi-pro full contact football team - the Utah Blitz! I played wide receiver and on some on special teams - kick off return. The best part was that my sister Louise played QB
(I am #8 on the right side of the huddle facing QB - black and white gloves, or on front left looking at the picture) - Thanks to my great friend Kathryn for taking pictures to actually document the craziness!

Center of the picture just about to take down the kick-off returner (who is hidden behind #7, you can kind of see her purple and white jersey)!

My greatest fans!
And thanks to other family and friends that came to watch

Rachel playing "Mama" in the 1st grade play called "Mama Don't Allow" - she did a fantastic job and we were very proud of her growth in confidence to perform the title role. Her dress was none other than one I wore as a girl in the Mesa, Arizona Easter pageant many, many years ago!

To celebrate Darren's completion of his CPA in February, great friends of ours invited us to join them at their time share in Cancun. It was an absolute blast! Great friends (thanks again to the Browns, Fishers and Woods for great memories), good food, and oh so much fun!

Warm waters, lots of fish, turtles, lobsters, and pure relaxation and fun. Darren and I scuba-ing. It's been a long couple of years for us with Lehman's downfall, school/CPA courses, addition of Justin, etc. So we were glad we took the opportunity to get away, it was so divine.

My first sea turtle spotting!
